Q.What exactly can you do?
Our job is to make your life more comfortable by doing household chores using your famorite detergent and tools for you. Our serivces are available from minium of 3 hours.
Our service hours are from 9AM~8PM and if you have any questions please contact us during business hours from 9am~8pm (Except Weekends & Holidays and New Year’s holidays).
Q.What is the difference between Happymaid and regular housekeeper?
Usually, the mediation of housekeeper is done through housekeeper agency. However, they will not involve any troubles occur after the contract has been made because the contract is done between housekeeping staff and customer. Also, contracting the housekeeper is very expensive because of the long working hours. On the other hand, HapyMaid is very convenient since its available from once a week for around 3hours. If there is any problem occur, HappyMaid will take big responsibility to solve the problem. HappyMaid is very reasonable on price and very comfortable.
Q.Our service area

Q.Could you please tell me how do you decide the service contents?
Before we get started, our coordinator will take a consulation about our service contents and what you are having trouble with regarding to your daily housekeeping chores so that we can provide perfect plan for your lifestyle.
Even if you are not sure what service contents fit you the most, we are happy to have a consultation with you. Also, it is possible to change the service contents if you want to change afterward.
Q.Can I change the service content later?
Yes, its possible to change the service content after the first consulation. Please feel free to contact the cordinator who is in charge.
2How to start the service
Q.What procedures will be required before the service starts?

① Apply from this site
Please fill in an application form or call us at 03-6747-9777, and tell us your information and the day and time of day you would like. If possible, please briefly tell us what you are particular about house cleaning and requests.
② We will contact you after confirming the schedule
The customer support center will contact you shortly with the schedule and time for the first cleaning trial service or regular service by phone or email.
③ Detailed interviews and experience of the first trial service
Our cordinator and housekeeping staff will visit your house to provide a detailed explanation to make you comfortable. If you only need a consultation and a quote or if our cordinator decided that it is necessary to have more specific explanation and confirm something, our coordinator will meet visit alone. Our coordinate manager will pick the best plan that matches your needs based on your budget, what you are particular about household chores and family reasons such as small child, pets and the personality of the staff you want. After checking these points in addition to your current condition of the room and the equiment, we will make an estimate.
④ Start regular service
If you are agreed with the estimate and a trial service, we will start performing the service from next time. If you want to change the service content, please contact the coordinator by call or e-mail.
Q.What are the benefits of using regular service?
By having a designated staff cleaning your house on a daily basis, it will be accurate to recognize your needs and wants. Thefore, as amount of service increase, we can maintain high-quality services that meet individual needs and your ideal living environment.
Q.Can I ask for service only once?
That is largely welcomed. However, in that case, the price will be different from the fee system in the regular service. Please refer to Price for more information.
Q.Is it possible to complete the application process through the phone?
I’m sorry, Pre-visit by the coordinate manager will be required. We need to see how much work we can do within a given time.
We will check the size of the room and its condition, what tools we will be using and we need to confirm with you about rooms that are not permitted to enter or things you don’t want us to touch.
Q.Can I have the service immediately on the day I requested?
It is depending on the situation because of the schedule but we will try as best as we can to satify your needs and desires. For further details, please contact us at 03-6747-9777 .
3Risk Management and important notice
Q.Can you do anything about household chores?
Our motto is to fulfill your requests as much as possible. However, we are refused to provide a service that involved danger or can only be done by person with professional knowledge and skills.

Q.Do you bring any household cleaning supplies or tools?
We will use cleaning supplies and tools that you have. Please prepare necessary supplies and tools in advance depending on service plan.
Ex) vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, flooring sheet, Kitchen cleaner, dish detergent, scrubbing brush, cook ware, ingredients, bath cleaner, toilet detergent, laundry detergent, trash bag and etc.
Q.I’m worried about things in my house may break
Our staff members are fully trained and experienced. However, sudden unexpected problem may occur. Please do not worry, we do have an accident insurance for such cases.
Q.Can I have service when I’m not home?
Of course, we can. We take responsibility for keeping your keys. In that case, we also issue a key storage confirmation card or please tell us in advance how should our staff pick up your keys.
Q.Can I ask for detailed requests?
If you have any special requests for housekeeping services, or if you have any special requests, please contact us in advance. we will work hard to satisfy you as much as possible.
Q.I have a pet in my room
It would be greatly appriciated if you can put your pets in a cage or move to different room to avoid any trouble. However, we are welcome to do simple tasks such as feeding your pets, watering plants and change the pet sheet. Please note that we are unable to provide any professional care for your pets.
Q.Will you take garbage away?
We are sorry, we are unable to take away the garbage with us, but we can separate the garbage.
Q.I’m not good at tidying my room so my room is very messy….
Please consult with the coordinator who will be in charge. Depending on the condition, if we decide that we can handle it, we will perform cleaning service. On top of that, we also provide full support for you to develop cleaning habit.
Q.Can I have the service on weekends and National Holidays?
The usual business hours are weekdays (Monday~Friday) from 9Am~8PM. However, we may be available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday.
