The customer support center will contact you shortly with the schedule and time for the first cleaning trial service or regular service by phone or email.

Detailed interviews and experience of the first trial service
Our cordinator and housekeeping staff will visit your house to provide a detailed explanation to make you comfortable. If you only need a consultation and a quote or if our cordinator decided that it is necessary to have more specific explanation and confirm something, our coordinator will meet visit alone. Our coordinate manager will pick the best plan that matches your needs based on your budget, what you are particular about household chores and family reasons such as small child, pets and the personality of the staff you want. After checking these points in addition to your current condition of the room and the equiment, we will make an estimate.

Selection of housekeeping staff who will be dispatched
As a rule, selected housekeeping staff for the first trial service will continue to be in charge of you. If you have another request or first trial was the only hearing, the coordinator will take the information back to the head office and we will select the right person based on the accumulated know-how.

Start Regular service
Our housekeeping staff will visit you on the date and time of the meeting. Then, we will officially start regular service. If you want to change the service contents, please contact our cordinator in advance.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if there are any issues you have noticed or have any requests. We will do our best for your satisfaction
●About the extension of the service time
Our business hour is from 9am to 8pm. For outside of service hours, we will charge 10% from the original price on weekends and public holidays and we will charge 25% for late night and early morning services.
